Customers Just Want To See Themselves.
So they can feel like they belong.
Because at the end of the day, We all just want to belong somewhere and with someone.
Ask Yourself: How are you inviting your community into your story so that they can have the feeling of being seen, being heard and that they belong?
They NEED to feel that they play an important role in your story and that they truly belong in your community.
Just Try: to think about the last thing you bought that made you feel like you belonged to something. A piece of clothing, a book, a concert, or a unique experience. How did it make you feel when you bought and experienced it? Could you identify parts of yourself with that purchase? How did it speak to you? Did you feel part of something much bigger than yourself?
When building your community, Try to first place yourself in your community members shoes, as though you are one of them; Write down as many personal and unique characteristics about them that supports your ideal members.
Bonus: It helps to first emotionally understand who your members are, For you to best create content to most effectively communicate and connect with them.
