The struggles and complexities I witnessed friends and family facing while applying for visas inspired me to become a Founder.

My unique blend of empathy for those struggling with bureaucracy, combined with a tech-savvy approach to problem-solving, positions me uniquely to lead VisaFlow to success.

Delegating more. I tend to take on too much myself. It’s partly not wanting to overburden others and believing I can do it fastest, but I recognise the value in empowering the team more.
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
"Stay true to your vision, but remain flexible in your approach."
It’s guided me through tough decisions, ensuring that while our goals remain constant, we’re always open to new paths to achieving them.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) I’d say an 8. While we’ve made great strides in sharing our journey and mission, there’s always room to deepen the connection and ensure every nuance of our story is understood.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? Elon Musk, for his relentless pursuit of seemingly impossible goals. His dedication to solving global issues through innovation inspires me to think bigger and bolder.
