My TRUTH Story:
1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE? Thomas was born in the US and grew up in Europe in an environment dominated by natural sciences. But instead of pursuing a scientific career he directed his focus onto the internet leading to a series of successful and unsuccessful projects and ventures ranging from collaboration platforms to mobile couponing systems, least cost routing services and ecommerce platforms. This led to a passion of exploring the social and technological edges of the technium. During this journey he has gathered extensive experience as a founder, CEO and CTO of businesses between one and fifty million EUR revenue and employs this for building new impact oriented organisations. Based on the foundation of DELODI, an ethical software boutique, he builds MOTHERLAND, IRM, GITA and MIRACLE towards a heliogenic civilisation. 2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER? A Truth Founder is one who is ruthlessly realistic in the short term and radically optimistic in the longterm that a society oriented towards thriving of all life is possible.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER? I simply didn't see enough action towards solving the big problems.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? Switch on the coffee machine. Sometimes I write in my diary, And sometimes I do yoga.
5. WHAT MANTRA,QUOTE,LINE OR PHRASE DO YOU SAY OFTEN TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF? Say what you do and do what you say - But dig what you do.
6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? They should not care about my ventures. They should care about the outcomes they desire in the world. If my ventures happen to be aligned with that, then they will care.
7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS? Because i am relentless and have a strong reality distortion field.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOU PERSONALLY AND FOR YOUR VENTURE? Success is when the shared objectives of my ventures are well on track to being achieved.
9. ANSWER THESE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE - I BELIEVE... I DON'T BELIEVE... I believe that most humans engage mostly in simulated thinking.
I don't believe that this is human nature, but a result of the environment.
10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? To not care about making money.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? To be able to let go.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? That i never take anything i think for granted, because that keeps me fresh.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
Allow myself to rest more, because the "job" is never done. (so i set a timeout in 2027)
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
Say "no" at least three times a day.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) 10
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? Elon musk for his ruthless thinking from first principles.
Daniel schmachtenberger for cultivating possibly the best brain on the planet.
Jordan hall for being able to hold enormous amounts of comlexity.
My wife because she opens completely new perspectives to me.
17. DESCRIBE YOUR VENTURE - ELEVATOR PITCH STYLE? We are building the infrastructure for the heliogenic civilisation - a civilisation whose material economy is entirely based on biologically, organically grown materials with all recipies and techniques in the commons.

18. WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT MISSION STATEMENT OR MESSAGE + MARKET FIT FOR YOUR VENTURE?
We are building the infrastructure for a life serving civilisation.

Sit on the bench at the back of the ship and watch the waves.
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? A bath. Because i just finished renovating the bathroom in my country house.
