1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE?
Welcome Philipp, Philantropist, Founder and (pause) .... Human. He will take you on a journey of Truth - With all the amazing, And all the difficulties that come from founding an authentic company while being connected to his inner truth.
2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER? A Truth Founder is a Human who is clear about his or her own values. Is authentic about it and creates companies that brings humanity forward not backward. It's about real people!
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
I was 17 and studying to become a mechanic... Everyone around me was so unhappy, most people lost their heart, creativity and happiness in their jobs... I quit after 3 months, Went back to high school and read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" Then founded my first project while in school.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? I take my supplements, get on my Sadhu (staying on nails) while trying to clear my mind, then go out to get some sunlight and when I return, I make a green juice. Then I start with the most important tasks for my day.
5. WHAT MANTRA,QUOTE,LINE OR PHRASE DO YOU SAY OFTEN TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF? Do hard things & seek discomfort. I say that to myself when I'm feeling too comfy.
6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? To manny people end up in burnout trying to be someone else or trying to impress people they don't like. Everyone who is willing to look deeper within, will find his /her own truth and reason for existing. I am here to help people find and live that truth.
7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
I am a living example of what I teach and I know a lot of people.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WTIH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF...WE WILL BE... )
Imagine a world with people living their truth. What if people woke up with a purpose instead of fear, stress or sadness. What if everyone knows themselves so well that they start doing exactly what they're built for.
Imagine a world where you are sitting in a traffic jam, You look out of the window to the other car and smile at the human you see because you're intrinsically just so fulfilled.
9. ANSWER THESE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE - I BELIEVE... I DON'T BELIEVE... I believe we are all here for a reason.
I don't believe that the school system prepares us for a happy life in 21 century.
I believe if we just work on ourselves with more focus, we would find a place in our lives where we really belong.
I believe if EVERYONE lived by my mindset, there would be way less wars.
10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? To stop focusing on the money and start focusing on being real. People are way more attracted to the Truth of a person than to a fake idol.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? A great milestone for me was to hold a keynote speech in front of 1000 people where most of the audience were in tears while I did a heart opening meditation. It's not about the number of people, but about how many people were able to open themselves up. It showed me that I am really good at what I do, and it was important for me to acknowledge that.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? I am real. Everyone tells me that they feel that i am real and authentic, I am really proud of that. Besides that, I like that I see visions for things that can be changed for the better and that I really feel people.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
I have a difficulty of shutting down and focusing on one thing at a time because i am always feeling, seeing, listening to everything.
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
Master the Moment - and then the next one.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) 9 - Because i want to leave room for making mistakes.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? Richard Branson for his creative chaotic mind with a great support system of super executers making his thoughts and ideas possible.
Andrew Huberman made a great transformation from being a looser in life on drug and getting into fights, To becoming a doctor in science.
17. DESCRIBE YOUR VENTURE - ELEVATOR PITCH STYLE?

Yin-Yoga, Sauna, and or food with friends.
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? Going inline-skating in the forest to celebrate that I am happy.
