My TRUTH Story:
1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE?
Patricia Plesner is a Copenhagen-based entrepreneur and CEO with a passion for redefining what it means to live well.
At Plugin Heat Club, she’s helping build a new normal through immersive, community-driven experiences rooted in heat and cold therapy, presence, and human connection.
With a background in international business and a deep belief in leading with both clarity and energy, Patricia is focused on scaling something real.
Her mission is simple: make healthy living not just accessible, but magnetic.
2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER?
A Truth Founder is someone who actually walks their talk.
Who’s not just selling a dream, but living the uncomfortable parts of it too.
Someone who dares to build with integrity even when nobody's watching.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
It was a mix of gut instinct and timing.
I had worked on enough purpose-driven projects to know when something felt real - and Plugin Heat Club did. When I joined the team very early on, it was clear that we had something bigger than a business. We had the people, the product, and the potential to create A New Normal.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? Water. Coffee. Mails. I wish I could say breath-work or meditation or a workout, but honestly, clearing my inbox from the night before, getting that first cup of coffee, and biking to the office just works for me. I enjoy getting a head start while it’s quiet.
5. WHAT MANTRA,QUOTE,LINE OR PHRASE DO YOU SAY OFTEN TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF? You can do anything, but not everything - unless you have the right people.
6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? Because we’ve forgotten how to actually feel.
We scroll, rush, perform, and rarely pause. Plugin is a haven in the middle of all that noise. It’s not another wellness concept. It’s a nervous system reset. A place to breathe, sweat, connect, and come back to yourself. And we’re not stopping here.
We’re building these spaces in every major city because everyone deserves access to presence, not just productivity.
7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
Because I see the big picture and the smallest details - and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty.
I know how to lead a team, build systems, and create culture. But more than anything, I care. Deeply. And I surround myself with people who do too.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WITH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF... WE WILL BE... )
Success is creating THE NEW NORMAL.
A world where presence beats pressure, and recovery is built into everyday life - not reserved for burnout.
At Plugin, we’re designing nervous system resets that feel addictive in the best way. Breath, heat, cold, and community - locked into weekly rituals that people actually look forward to.
We’ll be in every major city. Same vibe. Same energy. Same uncompromising quality. And just as important - success is building the best workplace in the world. A culture where A-players grow, lead, and feel proud of what we’re creating. Because when our team thrives, so does everything else.
9. ANSWER THESE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE - I BELIEVE... I DON'T BELIEVE... I believe the right energy attracts the right people.

I don't believe you need to suffer to succeed.
I don't believe in doing things the way they’ve always been done.
I don't believe in performing wellness - I believe in living it.
10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? Choosing to scale Plugin before we felt “ready.” Committing to a second zone in Copenhagen while still building the first taught me that momentum matters more than perfection. That decision pushed us to level up - fast. It clarified our product, strengthened our team, and proved that the concept isn’t tied to a single space. It’s a scalable culture.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? Personally - building a life where I feel proud of how I show up. Not just what we've built, but how we're building it.
Building a company culture where people feel ownership, growth and love, and where energy is high, and customers walk out of Plugin feeling a little more alive than when they walked in. That’s the real measure.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? My ability to see people. I know how to read a room, feel energy, and say what needs to be said. That creates both trust and momentum.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
Letting go sooner. I still hold too much, too long. I haven't fully let go yet because I care deeply and I know I can carry it. But just because I can doesn’t mean I should.
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
Protect your energy like it's capital - because it is. And most things take longer than you think, so build something that’s worth the wait.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? )
7 Why not 10? Because I’ve been more focused on building than sharing. I haven’t always prioritized telling the story behind the scenes, but that’s part of what creates connection and momentum.
Luckily, I have a team that’s brilliant at narrating the journey. So I’ll keep building, and they’ll help bounce the 7 up to a 10.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY?
People who build deep instead of fast.
Founders who stay honest with themselves even when it costs them in the short term. That kind of clarity is rare.
17. DESCRIBE YOUR VENTURE - ELEVATOR PITCH STYLE?
Plugin Heat Club is a modern recovery club. We create immersive sauna and cold therapy experiences that make people feel again. It’s connection, clarity, and community - all in one 75-minute reset.
18. WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT MISSION STATEMENT OR MESSAGE + MARKET FIT FOR YOUR VENTURE?
We’re creating the new normal. Where wellbeing is felt, not performed. Where people show up for themselves and each other.
Our market is anyone who’s tired of numbing and ready for something real.
19. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO TO UNWIND AFTER A LONG WORK DAY?
I love being around people, but when the day ends, I need to be a bit unavailable.
After 22:30, I shut off my phone, go for a walk, and take a long shower. That’s my reset. I also call my parents every night. With my schedule, I don’t see them as much, but speaking with them has become one of the best ways for me to land and unwind.
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? Honestly, waking up happy and doing what I do feels like a treat. I love our team, I love the energy we’re building, and I genuinely enjoy the day-to-day.
So in a way, I celebrate myself every day.
