My TRUTH Story:
1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE? Nelly is the Founder of WECARRY; A dachshund mom, crossfit athlete, coach, and loving partner. She stands out not only for her size, but also for her loving nature and confident demeanour.
2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER? For me, a True Founder is a person who doesn't take the conventional route - jumps over their own shadow and grows from their experiences.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
45,000+ bakeries in Germany dispense an average of 500 paper bags per day... I want to change this!
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? I drink coffee and take a one hour walk with our sausage dog Kniffel :)
5. WHAT MANTRA,QUOTE,LINE OR PHRASE DO YOU SAY OFTEN TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF? Everything happens for a reason.
6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? Because we only have one planet.
7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
We are unique in that we believe we can achieve a first-mover advantage.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WTIH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF...WE WILL BE... )
Imagine a world where our streets aren't full of empty bread bags, But we have a more sustainable solution to a very simple problem.
9. ANSWER THESE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE - I BELIEVE... I DON'T BELIEVE... I believe people don't realize their ignorance of available resources on our planet until it's too late.

10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? Quitting my full time job to go all in on my mission and venture.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? My greatest success personally is that I'm not afraid to stand by my weaknesses.
My greatest success as a Founder is that I've learned to always question "too" positive feedback.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? I'm a very honest and helpful person. Due to my self-confident appearance, conflicts can sometimes arise. However, I always remain true to myself. I like that most about myself.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
My Business English Skills! I have not yet found the right way to improve my business English (except for pitching ;-))
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) 7 - Some people think reusable bags are just at the bakery - they say; ''I already have lots of bags at home and don't need anymore. Because they haven't yet understood that WECARRY is a unique deposit system.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? My Dad, because he always sees the good in bad moments and difficult phases in life.
17. DESCRIBE YOUR VENTURE - ELEVATOR PITCH STYLE?
WECARRY is the first deposit system for reusable bags in bakeries. WECARRY replaces the intensive single-use packaging with reusable bags in a circular deposit system. This leads to reduced cost for packaging in bakeries, lower environmental impact for the bakery through reuse and no cost for bakery customers through the deposit system.
18. WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT MISSION STATEMENT OR MESSAGE + MARKET FIT FOR YOUR VENTURE?
Our mission is to replace the intensive single-use packaging with reusable bags within a circular deposit system.
19. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO TO UNWIND AFTER A LONG WORK DAY?
I love cooking!
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? Establishing our limited liability company was a huge celebration for us.
