My TRUTH Story:
1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE?
Ladies and gentlemen, Today, we welcome a mind that never rests, a soul that never settles, and a heart that beats to the rhythm of a future most people can’t yet see.
Louis Tartare, born and raised in Germany from French parents, is a jack of all trades - a thinker, a builder, an artist, an athlete, and an entrepreneur.
He can connect and vibe with anyone, yet he’s always felt like an outsider, like he never truly fit in. He spends a lot of time in his own mind, but make no mistake - he is obsessed with growth, with pushing his limits, with becoming the best version of himself in every dimension of his life.
Louis began his journey as a student caught in the storm of his own mind, watching the foundations of his world collapse beneath him. It was a fall that shattered every illusion, forcing him to strip everything down to its core. In that chaos, he found something deeper - a relentless drive to rebuild, to rise stronger, and to redefine himself on his own terms.
What started as survival became transformation. And that transformation ignited a vision. Now, he stands at the helm of Uniphy, forging an AI-driven future alongside a crew of brilliant minds. 2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER?
A Truth Founder is someone who has ignited a deep internal fire that drives them forward relentlessly. And because their fire is real, it spreads.
Their passion, authenticity, and mission resonate with others, lighting up minds and inspiring those around them.
They aren’t just creating a company; they are setting a movement in motion.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
Covid19! - I realized many people are lost in life and need guidance, on many different levels.
I was reading a lot about introspection for my masters thesis, and it hit me that it is not only a skill that we need to train actively, but that it is THE SKILL that we need to work on to be able to change our lives and live more intentionally, and thus happily.
I had just undergone a transformation through 18 months of deep introspection and I felt like I knew how to help people do the same.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? I wake up between 8 and 9am. meditate and visualize the day ahead. - No screens for the first 30min of the day, And no coffee for the first hour either.
I hang on a pull-up bar for 30 seconds, then stretch for a few minutes.
I then eat breakfast, mostly oatmeals and fruits, sometimes skyr, then try to get some fresh air and sunlight.
Then I take out my phone and tell Lo’la, my personal AI assistant that I have completed my morning routine and that I am ready to tackle today’s challenges.
5. WHAT MANTRA,QUOTE,LINE OR PHRASE DO YOU SAY OFTEN TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF? By my Will, I make my Way.
6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? Uniphy is about reconnecting with ourselves. It’s about focusing on the things that matter most to us and enabling us to fulfill our dreams.
It’s about finding optimal balance, about developing self-awareness and living a life with intention, clarity and purpose.
Uniphy is the ultimate tool for introspection, it serves as an extension of yourself and becomes your best ally, helping you identify patterns, optimize your life, and overview your evolution over months and years.

7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
I have always had a different outlook on things.
I am an observer, a quick learner and a fast-thinker, and my whole life has built up to this moment.
I am a natural born leader and a visionary with relentless perseverance.
I love working and connecting with people, I’m both good at communicating and listening; And I value authenticity, honesty and empathy.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WITH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF... WE WILL BE... )
Imagine a world where millions of people are able to live more intentional and purposeful lives, because of an app that fully tailors itself to their specific needs and aspirations and helps them become the best version of themselves.
An app, driven by an AI companion, that enables people to live with more clarity and that helps them focus on whatever matters most to them.
Success for my venture means we've created a tool that can help 90+% of the population live better lives, aligned with who they are and what they want to become.
9. ANSWER THESE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE - I BELIEVE... I DON'T BELIEVE... I believe in purpose.
I don’t believe in randomness.
I believe humanity is awakening.
I believe everything is connected.
I believe in energy, frequency and vibration.
I believe in synchronicities.
I don’t believe in coincidences.
I believe that our thoughts and actions shape our reality.
I believe words and intentions have power.
I believe in love.
I believe that when you are aligned, you attract what is best for you, and when you are not, you keep attracting the same lessons until you learn them.
I believe that a lot is being hidden to the public. I believe the truth will always surface.
10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? Connecting with people that seemed irrelevant for my venture, at first, and pursuing the conversation.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? Finding the right people to form a team to start building Uniphy.
I couldn’t be more happy and excited to have found my teammates.
Also, finding good jobs I can do in parallel to be able to survive while we bootstrap our way to a first investment.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? That I am very authentic, and I keep challenging the status quo.
Everything about me is different from the norm, from my way of living to my belief system over to my hobbies and aspirations, and yet I have no trouble connecting to anyone.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
I always procrastinate with unpleasant things. I have been postponing working on social media and sharing my vision and mission with a wider audience for years, and I am finally coming to it slowly.
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
''Trust your instincts.''
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) We don’t yet have a big audience or community, as I just recently started working on it, so I can’t tell how they resonate with it yet.
People that are close to me, or that I attract into my life definitely resonate with my journey and my mission, and understand that the path to understanding and transforming oneself goes through introspection.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY?
People who have found their truth and spread it to the world, even though they are going against the current.
Joe Dispenza to name one. Or Wim Hof, for example. Like many others they have dedicated their lives to proving that human potential is far greater than we often believe. Through their research, practices, and teachings, they have empowered countless individuals to transform their health, mindset, and overall well-being by challenging conventional wisdom and pushing the limits of what’s possible.Â
17. DESCRIBE YOUR VENTURE - ELEVATOR PITCH STYLE?
Uniphy is an app that allows people to track anything, from well-being metrics, to time and taks management over to more specific things like relationships or finances.
It builds itself around what you value most and helps you reflect on how to better each aspect of your life.
It includes an AI assistant that tailors itself to the user, as well as gamification and the possibility to connect with people to make it more engaging and fun.
It also includes weekly, monthly and yearly recaps to help you visualize how you have been evolving.
18. WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT MISSION STATEMENT OR MESSAGE + MARKET FIT FOR YOUR VENTURE?

19. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO TO UNWIND AFTER A LONG WORK DAY?
I like to turn off my brain by watching a anime or playing video games.
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? I recently celebrated climbing my first V6 in the (bouldering) gym at my favorite sushi restaurant.
It took me 4 sessions over the course of 3 weeks to manage to climb it and I was super proud of myself.
