My TRUTH Story:
1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE? Laura, Gina & Vanessa. 3 Co-Founders, Allies & Mothers. Together they founded unfoldnow to revolutionize the way we work.
From Berlin & Augsburg, They designed a sustainable working world that combines four essential dimensions: HR/People & Culture, Recruiting, Employer Branding & Inner Work.
2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER? A Truth Founder combines thinking and feeling. She is able to follow her intuition and gives room to her gut feeling.
A Truth Founder perceives impulses and can also quickly change the direction of their journey.
A Truth Founder allows for breaks and can leave things alone sometimes.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
It was a feeling. It was that one moment when we knew we had to bring our vision to the world. We went into full trust mode, And just let our intuitions speak for us.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? All 3 of us have very different morning rituals. As mothers, we are very quick in the mornings with the needs of our children.
We also try to be with ourselves for a moment, Through yoga, meditation or just silence to try and prepare ourselves for the day.
Gratitude is definitely an essential key to start the day positively.
5. WHAT MANTRA,QUOTE,LINE OR PHRASE DO YOU SAY OFTEN TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF? Let go, breathe and trust in the process.
6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? Because by combining our dimensions, we always view an organization holistically. We are able to see all the needs of every stakeholder and develop people with their preferences in mind.
Because we connect thinking and feeling, We know that inner work can add an essential element to a new working world.
7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
Each of us has almost 15 years of experience in our fields. We know and understand the needs from our own experiences and can understand very well where the important intersections are.
We have experienced that silos are not helpful, And that we have to start looking at organizations holistically.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WTIH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF...WE WILL BE... )
Imagine a world where feeling is a competence.
Imagine a world in which we are able to work together on solutions.
Imagine a world where we teach each other skills.
9. ANSWER THESE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE - I BELIEVE... I DON'T BELIEVE... We believe in a world where required competencies for organizations are aligned with people, not roles.
We do not believe in a world where people are not at the center.
10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? Saying yes even when we are not ready.
Saying no because we didn't feel it, without further justification.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? Listening, changing our plans, rethinking & also letting go. We always see these phases as a gift, never as a failure.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? We 3 share this in common and like that we have an absolute, unrestricted trust in ourselves.
We have to remind ourselves again and again, but we manage it every time. We leave ourselves space and time to breathe, to switch off and time for our children.
Founding can also be rethought, we would like to say to future founders: It's OK to take a break sometimes.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
As founders, We see potential and opportunities everywhere. We must learn to understand even faster where we invest our time and where we do not.
We are always positive and see opportunities first. This process is based on experience, so we trust that we can see and feel it faster and better.
14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
Look for your sponsors and allies.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) 7-8. We are on so many different platforms. We have so many dimensions that it takes some time to understand our organization.
So it takes a lot of communication. It's complex and yet so simple.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? Single moms and dads starting, running & developing a business. How do you do it?

Take a deep breath; And engage in any form of movement and time with our families and friends.
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? We like to give ourselves time off, time to try new things privately and professionally and also sometimes a glass of wine ;)
We celebrate every form of co-creation and joint creation with other people.
We really like to celebrate successes of any kind, whether it is our own or of others.
