My TRUTH Story:
1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE?
Anna is the Co-Founder & COO of inncivio, an AI-powered education platform for businesses.
She is convinced education is the answer to most challenges out there, especially when the solution is scalable. Helping like-minded value creators (such as business owners, or anyone aiming to make a change) is inspiring her day and night.
Through her previous experiences, she has gained invaluable knowledge in leadership, the fintech and life science industries, analytics, stakeholder management, international macroeconomics, econometrics. She has also worked with international teams around the world (Europe, US, Tunisia, India).
She is originally German, with Lebanese and Egyptian roots, and having grown up in France. She's lived in Switzerland for more than 10 years, where she can blend her fluency in English, German, and French. She also has a good knowledge of Spanish and aims to add Mandarin to that list!
2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER? A Truth Founder is about turning what makes you so special into your strength and using it to succeed in your own venture. While this may sound simple and obvious, daring to emphasize being different from 90% of the crowd requires significant courage, which is key to succeeding as a Truth Founder.
3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?
I grew up in an entrepreneurial household. My father always shared his adventures with us, recounting stories about running his business and how he had both the opportunity and the accountability to drive it forward.
This inspired me to be a part of this wave. Additionally, I had the privilege of meeting other entrepreneurs who are very dear to my heart, further fueling my desire to take the leap.
After working in the public sector (at the Swiss National Bank), at one of the world's largest consultancies (Deloitte), and then joining a startup (Acredius), I realized that what was missing for me was being in the driver’s seat with like-minded partners, all aiming to build the path of our business.
4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? My morning routine is fundamental to me. I wake up at 6 a.m., begin with some exercise, followed by a morning walk in nature.
During this time, I either let my thoughts wander or listen to an audiobook. Afterwards, I enjoy a healthy breakfast while watching a series (because some leisure time is still necessary for everyone :)) before starting the day with full energy!
5. WHAT MANTRA,QUOTE,LINE OR PHRASE DO YOU SAY OFTEN TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF? “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!”
6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? Learning should be a part of everyone's daily life, regardless of age or life stage. It doesn’t stop when you finish school or university.
Inncivio’s purpose is to provide personalized learning opportunities in a gamified and accessible way.
While it mainly targets the teams of small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), anyone can benefit from it. By incorporating gamification aspects, it aims to offer a fun yet insightful learning experience to us all.
7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?
My passion for education, my discipline in accomplishing tasks, the experience I have gathered over the years, and my determination to see things through to the end.
Nevertheless, I wouldn’t succeed, nor want to proceed, without my wonderful co-founders, Ghassen and Felix.
8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WITH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF... WE WILL BE... )
Imagine a world where everyone wakes up on a Monday morning saying, “Yay - I love Mondays and can’t wait to go to work!”
In this world, people are engaged, eager to contribute, and valued in their workplaces.
This is based on many factors, one of which is the importance of having the knowledge required to shine and contribute.
If inncivio succeeds in being one of the educational drivers of such a change, I would be very proud.
9. ANSWER THESE AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE - I BELIEVE... I DON'T BELIEVE... I believe curiosity can and should be trained.
I believe education is the solution for all of our problems.
I believe everyone has the power of becoming a value creator.
I believe in the power of habits and repetition to make lifelong changes.
I don’t believe it is ever too late to start.
I believe AI has the power of empowering humans even more.
I believe we should leverage technology to its full potential and guide us to become even more creative and valuable.
10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? Since January 2024, my role as a founder has been a significant shift in my career trajectory.
The most impactful decision I've made thus far was to embark on this journey and establish my own business. Having operated within a relatively protected environment until then, the choice to resign and pursue my entrepreneurial vision, despite facing numerous challenges, stands out as the most exhilarating yet daunting decision of my career.
Assuming responsibility for time management, finances, and strategic business decisions has marked the beginning of an exciting journey for me.
I applaud all fellow Truth Founders who have undertaken similar paths.
11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? Personally, achieving financial independence at the age of 22 was a result of my focused efforts. I completed my five-year studies immediately after high school and secured my first internship while finishing my master's thesis.
As a founder, my responsibilities included designing, organizing, and executing a prototype pilot involving 34 business owners. This occurred just one month after the company's creation, following the development of the version 1 of our prototype within two weeks.
The success of this pilot facilitated a swift launch and initiated discussions with venture capitalists.
12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? My discipline, as it enables me to get things done no matter what.
13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?
I regularly find myself stressed about circumstances beyond my control. While this behavior seems illogical in theory, the practice proves to be more challenging than expected. Despite significant progress through my studies and career, the demands of my roles continue to rise, resulting in heightened stress levels and additional challenges.
While I am confident in my ability to meet expectations, achieving this won't occur without consistently pushing myself beyond my comfort zone.

14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?
Will this matter in 3 years? If not, don’t spend more time worrying about it.
15. ON A SCALE FROM 1 TO 10 - 10 BEING THE BEST. HOW WELL DO YOU THINK YOU AND YOUR TRUTH STORY IS CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD BY YOUR COMMUNITY? ( WHY NOT 10? ) 7. To achieve a 10, I recognize the need to focus on expressing my authentic self and effectively 'marketing' my abilities.
While some may tend to oversell themselves, I've noticed a tendency in myself to be too reserved, rather than assertive as I should be.
This feedback has been reiterated to me multiple times.
16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY? I admire numerous remarkable individuals across various fields, including business, politics, and within my own family.
One example that stands out to me is the owner of a restaurant in Tataouine, a small city in southern Tunisia. Despite facing the challenges of being deaf and mute, which can be particularly daunting in a rural area with limited virtual business opportunities, this person chose to become an entrepreneur and operate a small restaurant.
I am truly inspired by his creativity in finding innovative ways to communicate with customers and admire his determination and perseverance. Instead of complaining about little materialistic things, which admittedly can be easy to do, let’s remember such heroes.
17. DESCRIBE YOUR VENTURE - ELEVATOR PITCH STYLE?
Inncivio is an AI-powered education platform for businesses.
We are building a learning platform, with personalized content to upskill teams. Unique curriculums are created using AI, on the go, thanks to the company’s own knowledge base.
Whether the user is part of the leadership or the newest intern, the curriculum is adjusted to their pain points and created in real time.
We are filling the gap between Google / ChatGPT and speaking to a coach / expert. Users explore their chosen skills, access related videos, and engage with action lists.
Additionally, they can broaden their learning through quizzes and news feeds. Personalization and insights are provided through different APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini and News, etc).
18. WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT MISSION STATEMENT OR MESSAGE + MARKET FIT FOR YOUR VENTURE?
I firmly believe that education forms the foundation for addressing any challenge. Contributing to the wave of providing learning opportunities to value creators across industries and regions deeply motivates me.
With its significant multiplier effect, this endeavor has the potential to create the social impact I aspire to leave on this planet.
19. WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO TO UNWIND AFTER A LONG WORK DAY?
Enjoying a wonderful dinner with my life partner, sharing our day, and being optimistic about the future.
20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? This might be silly, but having a nice manicure. I've come to cherish these moments of self-care more and more, recognizing their role in nurturing self-confidence, which in turn contributes to success in both work and personal life.
