My TRUTH Story:

1. INTRODUCE YOURSELF IN THE THIRD PERSON TO A CROWD OF 10,000+ PEOPLE?

Angel is a German engineer, full-blooded entrepreneur, and international expert in co-creative organizational development and transformation.


Over the past 15 years, he has helped individuals, groups, and organizations implement new ways of co-creation into their corporate culture. Angel is an expert in organizational transformation, supporting companies in their transition to purpose-driven organizations based on self-organizational principles and a mindful leadership culture.


He is also a certified coach, business developer, and Search Inside Yourself Leadership trainer, further enhancing his ability to guide organizations toward meaningful and sustainable growth.


His work focuses on the connection between innovative thinking and humanity – guiding start-ups, social entrepreneurs, and established companies through the transition to a new work culture of togetherness.


He integrates models and methods from the fields of co-creation, learning organizations, high-performance, life coaching, and mindfulness training. Angel spent more than five years in silence, disconnected from the modern world. This profound experience gave him deep self-understanding, which he is passionate about sharing with the business world. With his servant leadership style, he inspires people to grow beyond themselves.


2. WHAT IS YOUR DEFINITION OF A TRUTH FOUNDER?

A Truth Founder is someone who has walked the talk, embodying their learning to create results. They develop products and services rooted in their lived experience, bringing them to clients with humility and adaptability.


A Truth Founder operates from personal truth, inspiring trust and loyalty while remaining committed to growth and service.


3. WHAT EVENT OR EVENTS HAPPENED TO YOU THAT INSPIRED YOU TO BECOME A FOUNDER?

In early childhood, I felt excluded from society due to my bi-cultural background and often wondered why the world functions as it does.


This sense of injustice sparked my call to create a better world and led me to deeply understand that it is up to me to shape my reality based on the values I want and need to see more of in this world. This care to create a world where humans can live in harmony with themselves, their loved ones, and nature has become my guiding purpose as a Founder.


4. WHAT IS YOUR MORNING ROUTINE & RITUAL? My morning routine is a combination of: drinking water, breathwork, meditation, yoga, physical activation, a cold shower, and planning.


5. WHAT MANTRA,QUOTE,LINE OR PHRASE DO YOU SAY OFTEN TO INSPIRE AND MOTIVATE YOURSELF? Breathing in, I give my best. Breathing out, I let go of the rest.


6. WHY DO YOU THINK PEOPLE SHOULD CARE ABOUT YOUR VENTURE? In a world shaped by AI, digitalization, and automation, the future depends on how we become better humans. My venture focuses on a human-centric approach to business culture, fostering co-creation, mindful leadership, and purpose-driven transformation.


By prioritizing humanity, organizations can thrive, innovate, and create meaningful, sustainable growth.


People should care because this is how we build a future where technology serves people, not the other way around.


7. WHY DO YOU THINK YOU ARE THE ONE TO MAKE YOUR VENTURE A SUCCESS?

I am the one to make this venture a success because I combine 15 years of expertise in organizational transformation with a deeply personal journey of self-discovery and mindfulness.


I’ve walked the talk, turning my own truth into actionable tools that empower individuals and organizations to thrive.


My unique blend of lived experience, professional mastery, and servant leadership ensures I can guide others toward meaningful, sustainable growth.


8. WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR YOUR VENTURE? ( START WITH: IMAGINE A WORLD... WHAT IF... WE WILL BE... )

Imagine a world where we live in harmony with ourselves and our environment, where everyone can live their purpose, supported by a value-based community.


What if the future of work was deeply human—rooted in connection, creativity, and care?


We will be engaged in work that aligns with our passions, free to be who we truly are, and empowered to contribute meaningfully.


Success for my venture looks like creating this reality: organizations that thrive by prioritizing humanity, fostering mindful leadership, and building cultures where people and purpose come first.

I believe that every individual has the potential to live their purpose and contribute meaningfully.


I believe that the future of work must be rooted in mindfulness, collaboration, and shared values.


I believe in creating a world where people thrive in harmony with themselves, each other, and nature.


I don’t believe that technology alone can solve our deepest challenges.


I don’t believe in rigid hierarchies that stifle creativity and growth.


I don’t believe that success comes at the expense of humanity or the planet.


I don’t believe in settling for less than what is possible when we dare to dream and act together.


10. WHAT'S ONE DECISION YOU MADE AS A FOUNDER THAT COMPLETELY CHANGED THE COURSE OF YOUR JOURNEY? One decision that fundamentally shifted our trajectory was recognizing that meaningful organizational and societal change must come from the bottom up.


Instead of relying on a top-down approach, we focused on empowering individuals within organizations to grow into their own power and identify their spheres of influence.


At the same time, we guided leaders to become space holders, helping their teams reach their fullest potential instead of dictating the path forward.


This bottom-up strategy unleashed fresh innovation, built stronger community bonds, and ultimately reshaped how we measure success in our venture.


11. WHAT DO YOU REGARD AS YOUR GREATEST SUCCESS PERSONALLY & AS A FOUNDER? Personally: My greatest success has been staying true to my core values and beliefs, even when it meant losing clients who tried to steer me away from my principles. By refusing to compromise on my integrity, I’ve preserved the authenticity that shapes both my life and my work.


As a Founder: This commitment to truth underpins everything I do in my venture. It ensures that the services and culture we create are rooted in genuine purpose rather than short-term gains or external pressures. Ultimately, it has led to a more meaningful impact for our clients and a more fulfilling journey for me as a leader.


12. WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHY? That I have found peace within myself and walk my talk.


13. WHAT'S ONE THING YOU CAN IMPROVE ABOUT YOURSELF, AND WHY DO YOU THINK YOU HAVE NOT DONE IT BY NOW?

One thing I can improve about myself is my communication skills. I want to learn how to speak to my clients more from their perspective and less from my own point of view.


Additionally, I still find it challenging to publish my message and present myself more publicly. I believe I haven’t fully done this yet because I often wait for "bigger success" to give me permission to step into the role of an expert. This hesitation stems from a desire to feel fully ready or validated, rather than embracing the imperfect journey of growth and visibility.


14. WHAT'S THE BEST PIECE OF ADVICE YOU'VE EVER RECEIVED OR GIVEN, OR BOTH?

Perfection is the enemy of the good.

16. WHO DO YOU MOST ADMIRE AND WHY?

One person I deeply admire is Joanna Macy. She is a pioneer of regenerative principles and has had a profound impact on the world through her work in environmental activism, systems thinking, and spiritual ecology.


Her ability to bridge deep wisdom with actionable change inspires me. She has shown how to confront global challenges with courage, compassion, and a commitment to collective healing.


Her life and work remind me that true impact comes from aligning personal truth with service to the greater good.

A gentle workout, sauna and dinner with friends.


20. WHAT WAS THE LAST THING YOU TREATED YOURSELF TO AND WHAT DID YOU CELEBRATE? The last thing I treated myself to was a weekend retreat in nature, disconnected from technology and immersed in silence.


I celebrated a milestone in my personal growth journey.
